2012 Phil Schacht Aerobatic Kickoff

Welcome to the 2012 Phil Schacht Aerobatic Kickoff!

This spring our Contest Director TJ, and his fabulous crew of helpers and volunteers, are going to put a great contest together for you, your airplane, family and friends. We are looking forward seeing you at this fantastic contest in Keystone Heights, Florida (42J). We would like to welcome all of you to participate, help and learn a little more about this fantastic sport.

That said, we need as much club participation as possible to make this contest the best one we have hosted yet.  For those of you that have competed, please come and help represent the club with your undoubtedly expert flying technique.  For those of you that have not yet competed but are interested, there is no better time then now to start practicing.  For those of you that do not wish to or are unable to fly, we will need all of the volunteer help we can get, and this is an EXCELLENT way to start getting involved both in aerobatics and in the club .  The competition, like the club, is completely dependent on the service of volunteers.  Without them, it simply could not happen.  I call on all members, even if you can only come out for one day, to come to Keystone with us at the end of March (for the students out there, it's is right in the middle of spring break) and help make the Phil Schacht Aerobatic Kickoff, the most epic contest we have ever held!!!

MT-Propeller
Mt-Propeller
MT-Propeller has generously donated two propellers to the Eagle Sport Aviation Club. The difference with an MT Prop is amazing. We couldn't imagine using anything but an MT on our S2B. The climb performance and vibration free operation of our MT equipped 65hp Cub is simply spectacular.
Southeast Aero
Southeast Aero Logo
Kramer Upchurch, the president of Southeast Aero has always been a supporter of the club. Southeast Aero has sponsored our Keystone contest and also the trip to Nationals in 2006.
